Dr. Amelia Naim Indrajaya teaches Managerial Communication and Good Corporate Governance. She has developed a special interest in communication, leadership, interpersonal skills, and sustainability mindset. She has an international background; she was born in New York City and spent early years of education overseas. She obtained her Bachelor's degree from the Industrial Engineering Department, Bandung Institute of Technology. She decided to pursue and focus more on the management subject and got her MBA from the University of Colorado at Boulder, USA. Amelia obtained her Doctoral Degree from Strategic Management Universitas Indonesia in 2016.

She has four years journalism experience and almost four years teaching experience prior to GIM. She was a Doctoral Fellow, ICSSR Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India and was a recipient of President Guide Award (It is a National Level Award and the certificate signed by Hon’ble President of India.) She currently teaches subjects -Business Research Methods and Lyrics & Management. Her research interests have been in the areas of human development, gender issues, socioeconomics, governance, education, quality management etc.
